Men's Services We Offer
Individual & Couples Counseling
Our licensed counselors provide a supportive, confidential space where you can talk openly, work through challenges, build communication skills, and develop healthy coping tools. Whether you come on your own or with your partner, counseling can help you manage stress and grow in confidence.
Bridge Program
Our Bridge Program is designed to support parents through pregnancy and early parenthood by providing education, community, and practical resources. Men can participate in monthly in-person classes, receive emotional support, and access helpful tools through our app. Through the Bridge Baby Nook, you’ll also have access to essential baby supplies—such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and more. Most importantly, the Bridge Program connects you with a community of fellow parents who are learning and growing alongside you.
Did You Know?
- Decades of research demonstrate that individuals who participate in counseling therapy are better off than 80% of those who do not participate in counseling (Duncan, Miller, Wampold, & Hibble; 2010).
- Men who suppress their emotions are more likely to report depressive symptoms than those who express/talk about emotions more often.
- Children whose fathers are stable and involved in the family display better social and emotional skills.
- By participating in the Bridge Program, store credit can be earned to purchase baby items such as diapers, strollers, car seats, etc.
