We would like to welcome our new Medical Services Manager, Mrs. Pat Rich, to the Hope Clinic staff! Pat brings 30 years of skilled nursing and management experience to this position, serving as an RN in medical/surgical, critical, women’s health, and acute care, as a case manager, and as a nursing facility manager. A wife and mother of two, Pat was led to Hope Clinic while helping a friend, and believes that it is a wonderful place. One of the most important aspects of the organization that Pat values so much is the treatment, care, and value that we place on each client, as a person! Coming from a “for-profit” medical background, she is moved by the fact that we place emphasis on a person’s care and do not make revenue off of a patient’s medical needs. She describes the services we provide as, “very meaningful work with a purpose.” She loves the mission of the organization and our comprehensive approach to treating the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of a person, and states, “I think it’s amazing the kindness, compassion, and non-judgmental approach in patient care here at the clinic. The amount of time that is spent with each client is unbelievable and each person is given the time that they need for whatever is necessary to fulfill their specific needs and care.” Pat is such a valuable asset to our management staff and to the development and continued growth of our clinical services program and we are excited she is here! As Pat continues to “settle in” to her work here in the organization, we look forward to her leadership in managing the clinic and our dedicated staff of nurses and nurse practitioners.
